Job Description

As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts nationwide, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing significantly to our company’s sales strategy and performance.

This position is fully remote, offering the opportunity to work from any location that enables maximum productivity and collaboration.

You will report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on sales performance, market insights, and potential opportunities for growth.

  • Sales Leadership: Utilize your extensive industry experience of at least 5 years to take charge of national sales efforts, achieving revenue targets and expanding our customer base. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market penetration.

  • Account Management: Oversee and nurture relationships with key clients at the national level, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions.

  • Client Demos: Conduct persuasive and engaging product demonstrations to potential clients nationwide, showcasing the value of our SaaS platform in solving their parking management challenges.

  • Sales Negotiation: Lead and participate in complex sales negotiations at the national level, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company. Exhibit strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

  • Conference Travel: Represent the company at industry conferences and events nationwide, fostering relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers. Expect to travel 3-4 times per year for these purposes.

  • Market Research and Insights: Continuously analyze market trends, customer feedback, and industry developments at the national level to identify new opportunities and potential areas for product improvement.

  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports for national sales, forecasting revenue projections, and presenting them to the executive team regularly.
  • Mininum 5 years parking industry experience with a proven track record of successful B2B SaaS sales
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and drive national sales efforts effectively
  • Strong account management experience with a customer-centric approach
  • Expertise in sales negotiation and closing deals, with a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to travel nationwide for industry conferences and events 3-4 times per year
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to changing market conditions
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex software solutions

The Product Support I position is not directly responsible for but will support:

  • Identifying the need for sales materials
  • Identifying opportunities for case studies, client stories, and other proof points
  • Company culture
